Information we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and payment-related details processed by our payment partners.

We collect measurement data when you order bespoke garments or when a tailor visits for fittings.

We automatically collect basic usage data such as device type, browser, and pages visited to improve our website.

Photos & virtual try-on (face data)

If you choose to use our virtual try-on feature, you may upload a photo of yourself, which can include your face. We use this photo for one purpose only: to generate a preview image of how a garment may look on you. We do not use your photos for identification, authentication, advertising, profiling, or any form of facial recognition, and we do not extract or store facial geometry, measurements, or other biometric identifiers from them.

Uploaded try-on photos and the generated preview images are stored securely on our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). To generate the preview, your photo is transmitted to Google's Gemini image-generation API for processing; Google processes it to produce the preview and does not receive your name or account details with the image. We do not sell or share your photos with any other third party.

Your try-on photos are retained only while you keep them in your account. You can delete any uploaded photo at any time from the try-on screen in the app, which permanently removes the photo from our storage and systems. All of your photos are also permanently deleted when your account is deleted. You can request account deletion in the app or by contacting us at the address on our contact page.

To process orders, arrange tailoring appointments, and communicate about your purchases.

To improve our products, website, and customer service.

To send marketing messages only if you have opted in; you may unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment, delivery, hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Security & retention

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Account and order records are retained as needed for legal, tax, and customer-service purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
