Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many Parashu items are custom-made, our refund rules differ by product type.
Ready-to-wear items
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Bespoke & made-to-measure
Custom and made-to-measure garments cannot be refunded once production has started, as they are made specifically for you.
If there is a measurable error in fit attributable to our tailoring, we will alter the garment at no charge or remake it where alteration is not possible.
Defective or wrong items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. After tailoring has started, cancellation may incur material and labour charges.
How to request a refund
Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
