Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

An order is confirmed only after payment authorization (or COD acceptance) and our order confirmation communication.

Bespoke & made-to-measure

Bespoke garments require accurate measurements. You agree to attend fittings or provide correct self-measurements where applicable.

Timelines for bespoke orders are estimates; delays may occur due to fabric availability or fitting schedules. We will keep you informed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, images, text, and designs — is owned by Parashu or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Parashu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
